Josh has built CrashPlan’s global Technical Services team, focused on delighting customers at every opportunity.  This team unites Documentation, Customer Support, Professional Services and Technical Account Management.  The Technical Services Team ensures CrashPlan’s solutions possess thorough, easy-to-understand documentation, value-added Professional and Technical Account Management services all supported by the CrashPlan Customer Support Team. Josh has more than 22 years of experience in the software industry; he previously led Customer Experience and Support teams at Code42 Software, Inc., Oracle Corporation and Stellent, Inc., and holds master’s degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Management from Concordia University.
