Ken Mesikapp

With more than twenty-five years of experience, Ken Mesikapp is the Chief Financial Officer leading CrashPlan’s accounting and finance organizations. He is responsible for all financial reporting, data analytics, budgeting and forecasting, tax matters, and treasury functions. Ken has completed two IPOs (RNDC: NASDAQ (2000) and RALY: NYSE (2013)) and one follow-on offering. He has deep experience with all facets of finance and accounting IPO readiness and planning. Before CrashPlan, Ken was the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Code42 Software, Inc. Until Rally’s acquisition by CA Technologies, Ken was the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Rally Software, a publicly-traded SaaS Agile Management software provider. Ken holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado.
