Brynn Giacomazzo is the Chief People Officer at CrashPlan, bringing over 20 years of Human Resources experience working in VC- and PE-backed organizations, as well as public organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. In her role, she focuses on driving organizational results through an effective people strategy—one that balances the needs of the business with the needs of its people. She is passionate about shaping a culture rooted in respect, creativity, transparency, and performance.

Brynn was a key member of the leadership team when CrashPlan was founded in 2022. Prior to joining CrashPlan, she held leadership roles at Code42, Pentair, and Target, with experience spanning multiple facets of HR and Operations.
