CrashPlan has been a staple of the tech community since its launch as part of Code42 Software in 2007. Through continuous, automatic collection via a lightweight agent on customers’ devices, CrashPlan protects every file our customers need. Our platform enables IT, security and business teams to limit risk, meet data privacy regulations and recover from data loss, no matter the cause thus leading to less sleepless nights.

Now, with recent financial backing from Mill Point Capital, we are our own company dedicated to bringing our products and services to the next level. We have a passionate & innovative backbone of team members, and we’re looking to add more folks to help us grow.

Holidays


Spending time away from work is vital. CrashPlan offers 11 company-wide holidays and 2 floating holidays for you to use based upon what’s important.

It’s easy for organizations to say they value community. In an attempt to back that up with action, we pay all our employees for 2 “volunteer time off” days a year to use in community as you see fit.

You’re no good to yourself, your team, or your people if all you do is work. So, we have a competitive PTO policy that rewards employees based on tenure and begins accruing immediately.
