As CEO, Dan Beer has more than 25 years of senior management experience within the global software industry leading multinational software companies and divisions with annual revenues ranging from US$25M to US$500M. He brings to CrashPlan a broad and diverse skill set that spans M&A, strategy development, and operational execution, with a proven ability to quickly transform, optimize and grow software companies. Prior to joining CrashPlan, Dan spent the majority of his career in data analytics, security and storage as CEO/Senior Executive at StorMagic, GFI Software, IBM and Cognos.
