Kosta Hatzis is CrashPlan’s Vice President of Customer Support, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading global customer support and services organizations across the enterprise software industry. He is known for turning innovative ideas into customer-ready solutions and aligning support strategies with customer needs and business outcomes. Before joining CrashPlan, Kosta held executive leadership roles at Oxio, Titus, and IBM, where he led customer support organizations focused on delivering high-quality service and strong customer experiences.
