Pricing questions, answered

1. Where does pricing start?

On a two-year term, endpoint backup starts at $6.58[1.1] per user per month, servers at $11.83 per server per month, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace at $3.29 per user per month — all self-serve for organizations under 250 users. Annual terms are a little higher. At 250 users and above, pricing is quoted, because the variables that lower your price are specific to your environment.

2. What’s the difference between small business and enterprise?

Under 250 users, you can sign up online at published rates for endpoints, servers, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. At 250 and above, or whenever you need your own storage, SSO, legal hold, or a dedicated CSM, you’re on volume pricing with our team. If you’re near the 250 line, start a trial and we’ll move you to volume pricing when it saves you money.

3. Are there overage or hidden charges?

All our products include a generous amount of storage pooled across your organization.

Endpoint subscriptions include 50GB unlimited storage, so there’s no overage.

Servers include 250 GB of pooled storage per server for SMB, and is custom for enterprise customers.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace include 50 GB pooled storage per user.

Add-on storage is $90 per year per 250 GB. If you pass your pooled allotment, another 250 GB is added automatically at $7.50 a month, prorated to the end of your term, and it doesn’t renew if your usage drops back down. Backup storage, retention, and restores are in the base price across every product.

4. Does keeping data longer, or restoring more often, cost more?

No. You’re priced on the volume of source data you protect, not on the copies we store. Most vendors meter the back end, so extra versions and longer retention multiply the bill. Retention is a policy setting here, and restores are unlimited.

5. How does the free trial work?

The trial runs 14 days with full functionality on endpoints, servers, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. You enter a card at signup and it isn’t charged if you cancel before the trial ends. At day 15 the subscription begins automatically.

6. Can I run endpoints, servers, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace together?

Yes. One platform, one console, one bill. Turn on what you need and pay for the data you protect in each. Quoted Google Workspace plans start at 50 users.
