Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and CrashPlan with respect to CrashPlan’s website. CrashPlan’s failure to enforce any legal right or remedy contained in these Terms or applicable law will not be deemed a waiver of those rights or remedies. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota. There are no third party beneficiary rights under these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account passwords. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You will notify CrashPlan immediately of any unauthorized use of, or other security breach related to, your account. CrashPlan has the right to disable any account at any time and for any reason.
