Manager of Technical Support, CrashPlan
Ash Johnson serves as a Manager of Technical Support for CrashPlan where she and the greater support team advocate for all CrashPlan customers, helping answer questions, escalate bugs, and represent the customers’ voices to other teams.
Prior to working for CrashPlan, Ash worked in many customer centric technical support roles at Best Buy, Self Esteem Brands and many others. When she is not at work she can usually be found indoors working on many of her art related hobbies, or outdoors with her Golden Retriever getting lost in the Northwoods of Minnesota.
